My Easy and Delicious Home Made Chicken Burgers
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook Time 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
Ground Chicken
Salt
Pepper
Yellow Onion
One Egg
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Chicken Seasoning (optional)
1. Peel and Dice ½ an onion (yellow onion)
2. In a mixing bowl add the chopped onions, salt, pepper, seasoned bread crumbs, one egg and ground chicken and mix until it is a paste
3. Heat a pan with cooking oil to a medium temperature
4. Begin to make your chicken burger patty by rolling a ball in between your hands and placing it in the pan
5. While your burger is cooking dress your bun they way you would like; pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup or mustard there are no rules here!
6. When both sides are golden brown place your burger on the bun and as a delicious add on I added a slice Havarti cheese that melted from the heat.
And that’s all, this is a simple and delicious way to enjoy a burger without going to a fast food restaurant and feeling guilty and bloated from all those unhealthy ingredients!
